By submitting a film to the Day Job Film Club, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights and permissions for the film and its contents, including but not limited to music, images, performances, and any third-party material.
By submitting, you grant Day Job Films a non-exclusive licence to screen the film as part of the Day Job Film Club if it is selected.
If selected, you also grant Day Job Films permission to use your film’s title, synopsis, poster artwork, stills, trailer, and short excerpts (up to 30 seconds) to promote the event and future editions of the Day Job Film Club across our website, social media, newsletters, and press materials.
Filmmakers retain full ownership and copyright of their work at all times.
Submission fees are non-refundable, whether or not a film is selected.
Day Job Films reserves the right to determine the final programme and may decline any submission at its discretion.
The decisions of the programming team are final.
