Due to the limited and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll do our best to resolve it - either with a replacement or a refund where appropriate.

Please note:

• Slight variations in colour, texture, or alignment are a natural part of the riso printing and handmade process and are not considered faults.

• We cannot be responsible for damage caused after delivery.

We currently ship from the UK.

• UK orders: Dispatched within 3–5 working days

• International orders: Dispatched within 5–7 working days
